Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Recommended for time-sensitive orders
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50) – via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
- Economical option for larger orders
International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). International orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days of inspection completion:
- Original payment method: 3-10 business days depending on your financial institution
- Store credit: Immediate issuance via email
Shipping Cost Notes:
- Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable for changed-mind returns
