Our Return Promise
We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for most products in our catalog, including:
- Complete socket sets (1/4in, 3/8in, 1/2in, and 3/4in drive)
- Individual sockets (Metric, AF, Torx, Hex, and Spline)
- Drive accessories and ratchets
Important Note:
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Any tool showing signs of use or wear
- Products missing original packaging or documentation
- Custom or special-order items
